Tom is not a regular visitor and that means he has to pay a stiff price for the gaps in attendance. So he is suspended and whipped as a way to make sure he keeps on the straight and narrow. An older guy than our usual guests he has to set a high bar and make sure he stays the course and completes the set. He does not look quite so happy at the end, although he does say that he will mend his ways
