James ties Billy hand and foot and starts with an upper body tickling - Billy is very ticklish and struggles and squirms, protesting loudly as he laughs. James soon turns his attentions to Billys white socked feet, Billy spins right round trying to stop him and James pounces on him, pinning him down and going for his pits. The struggles have loosened the ropes round his feet and James grabs them in a lock and tickles through the white socks. Off comes one, Billy is going mad to escape by now. The other is off and the poor lad's feet get a real working over. After what seems like an eternity James releases the Billy and beats a hasty retreat as the tormented lad scolds him loudly...
